Not Abstract ...

... Thursday.

I learned late in the day that today was Nature Photography day!  So it was a good thing I take nature photos everyday ... including one of this lovely gray catbird!

We were at home most of the day until later when we went out of a picnic supper at Jacobsburg State Park.  We picked up some deli sandwiches and ate at the picnic pavilion.  It was a lovely night.  We didn't see any hummingbirds as there has been no hummingbird feeder up since Ranger Rick retired.  He was always the one that maintained the feeders.  And there aren't many flowers (bee balm) in bloom just yet so there isn't much to attract the hummers. 

But there was other wildlife (nature) to be seen ... including catbirds, frogs, rabbits and turtles.  We heard a lot of different birds but didn't see many of them.  

After eating we walked a little bit before heading home.  

I'm grateful for the many sights and sounds of nature.  And the ability to photograph everything.   Please have a look full screen.
