it’s a sixth of its normal width! However, the Golden Ringed dragonflies found food to their liking as they patrolled the water ribbons. Thyme, Foxgloves, Ladies Bedstraw and Birds foot trefoil have all made appearances. The Fritillaries love them Saw one Burnet Moth, haven’t seen one here before. The Sand Martins are thriving, as are the Wheatears and all the waders. Was chased away from two youngsters by a Curlew.  Lots happening, despite the heat and dryness.
