Spetchley Park Gardens II

We liked it so much yesterday we went back again today.  As it was another sunny day, and the coffee there is quite good AND we now have a season ticket, it was a no-brainer.

This time, after coffee, we went down to the lake.  Plenty of wildlife and damselflies, we stopped on the little bridge and watched the ducks and moorhen.  I also took one or two photos, I was pleased to capture this one of the swans stretching its wings.  I'm not sure what the statue is of.  It did start raining, a very light summer rain, as we were making our way back to the exit.  

This place is definitely on our 'go to places' , it's just a shame it closes in October for its winter break.
