Traction Engine

We had lunch with my Editor's friend & her husband at a pub near Filey, and in the car park was this lovely old traction engine. I had a chat with the guy who was working on it, who I think is the brother of the owner of the pub. It seems that the engine is his pride and joy, and it's certainly in superb condition - thanks, he told me, to his constant work on it!

Later we just had a walk round Scarborough, taking in the atmosphere of what is a lively seaside resort.
