So, here we are on a planet with unprecedented levels of climate trashing carbon dioxide in its atmosphere (now over 400ppm, in case this headline-grabbing figure failed to make the headlines in your newspaper recently).

What's the solution? Well, find more oil and gas to burn of course. (And pick a fight with Middle England to get at it - now that really could be dangerous.)
