Anstruther

We borrowed Forth Explorer again today, and headed from Port Edgar (South Queensferry) all the way out to Anstruther, to have lunch at the Anstruther Fish Bar - one of the best chippies in the UK!  It was predictably delicious.

The journey out was a bit bumpy into the wind at times, but we had a lovely run back.  Once again Bob fell overboard a few times (a weighted bouy for Man Overboard drills) and CyclopsJnr loved rescuing him - mostly as spotter and with responsibility for recovering the "casualty" but he also had a go at the helm.

To add to the excitement we heard Aberdeen Coastguard on the radio, relaying a mayday call relating to a man overboard near Inverbervie.  Fortunately it turned out to be a false alarm.
