Reward

I went to spin for the first time in three weeks this morning. It was hard, not least because of the temperature but Bailey’s greeting when I got home was my reward. He had two walks before I had my breakfast but then settled to plenty of snoozing. I did washing and tidying and quite a bit of reading. And then a pub visit to listen to friends of the favourite people in a new setting to me but one that was fully appreciated.
