One of the gems at Miniaturk, which I'm assuming was developed to demonstrate what a post-apocalyptic Turkey would look like - half sunken boats in fetid water, cars with no back wheels lurching towards a decrepid gas station and out-of-scale cats dominating Beyoglu.
