When you can?t find what you?re looking for

Yet another back-blip with the good fortune of prompting recollection! We were searching for an old letter from the 1960s to fulfill a request. We can remember seeing it somewhere, some time ago, but exactly where and when escapes us now. We do remember it was an old thin papered, blue airmail letter sent to us from home when we were living briefly in the US. We do tend to hang onto things a bit and there are several places it could be lurking around the house or in storage boxes in the outside sheds. We went through numerous potential locations to no avail. Perhaps we returned it to the original author a while back? Hmmm!

But it was interesting what we did uncover - an old cardboard box full of cards kept for . . . . well, who knows why they were kept! But they all tell a story or provide a reminder of someone. And we think the designs are attractive too - perhaps that's why we kept them!
