Hay Bales

The grass field where I walk the dogs once a week or so has been cut during the week and then baled. Yesterday and today the bales were taken away. As long as we’ve been here this field has always just been grass although the ones either side have rotating wheat and barley crops usually.

I walked the dogs this morning but it was quite humid before the storm that eventually got to us around 3pm.

Vinnie didn’t want to go far, so I brought him back home and then took Honey back out around the field, just before the rest of the bales were lifted.

Harvest time is still a few weeks away yet, but I shall be on the look out now for a good combine harvester shot!
