Went to see TBL8 on the MainStage

The Pickle Eating Contest (pickle palooza) and Woofstock

A Ceili with a really good young traditional band. Main blip shows a young girl playing the uileann pipes like a pro (against a backdrop of girl power mural)

Lots of people out. I had had some Vietnamese food in The Glimmer with my friend. Tasty. And all the time the sun shone.

As a bonus heard the marvellous Walkeleles from Walkinstown. The DUCs are in Engoland; the RUGs are in Galway but the Walkeleles were rocking Stoneybatter.
