Ears

Another chilled day in the country… Started cloudy with more sun in the afternoon and I did some laundry, texted Mt and bought AR tickets to see Six the musical for her birthday in December and read papers for meetings tomorrow then had a lovely salad and leftover salmon in a bagel for lunch. Late in the afternoon I took Paisley for another explore-this time up a path through fields of wheat and then round and back through the woods…4 miles which was a good workout and we only saw another dog once we got back to the village. Watered the garden and tidied up then fed Paisley and put her in her crate and came home. Made up the bed for Winsford tomorrow night and made some supper, then caught up on Repair Shop and some other recorded stuff. Heavy rain started later-A called to say they were home and that it had rained most of their journey north.
It’s been a quiet weekend, and odd to spend it in the company of only the dog!
