Rain stopped play

Another good and busy day in England.
Visited my sister and husband at her craft cabin around lunchtime. Good catch up if not as long as we could do with. 
Then battled the rain to Earlswood with the hope of watching good friends daughter play cricket. Unfortunately rain stopped play just before we got there and as you can see from blip persisted until the game was abandoned. 
Another mutual friend, husband and dog arrived too and decision was made to give up on finding a beer garden and go to their's for a Chinese. 
More rain battled to get back to Stafford and wearily now ready for bed.
