Not Portobello Beach

Yesterday's rain proved persistent again today. It did not stop us enjoying the architectural splendour of this vibrant and cosmopolitan Central European city. The Hofburg Palace and its world famous Spanish Riding School were popular with the hordes of bedraggled tourists squishing through the rainy streets. The Prater Park with the oldest Ferris Wheel in Europe was impressive but sparsely populated due to the weather. The interior of St Stephen's Cathedral, my blip today, was a special highlight among so many in this fascinating city.

WiFi connectivity, however, has not lived up to all the architectural splendour here and I will revert on all your blips and comments when a robust and affordable connection has been sourced. It may take some time!
