Pyramidal Orchids...

...at the Millennium Wood, Castle Camps.

I had a walk around the Millennium Wood this morning just to see how the orchids were getting on. There's a good showing of them this year but to my mind not as good as last year.

It's been a busy day, met Claire in Cambridge this afternoon, good to see her and catch up on the news.

It's been hot and sticky again today, yesterdays forecast rain turned out to be a very light shower that did no good at all for the farmers and gardeners.
