Just One!

On my way to pick up my pal for a shopping trip I just had to get out of the car and take a photo of this rather lovely rose growing in her garden.

In the early days after E's knee replacement I was doing her shopping for her but she now manages to to take the trolley round the supermarket herself. All being well she should be driving in the next week or so and can get back to being independent.

I did a spot of weeding this morning ..... after last night's rain weeding was really easy. I can't work in the garden in the afternoon or early evening because the tiny beasties, too small for me to see, bite me and my skin comes up in very itchy weals ..... only five at the moment.
