Lateral Epicondylitis .

Tennis elbow ! 
I went to the doctor this morning after a couple of months of severe pain in the elbow and right arm. My appointment was for 10.20 and got seen at 11.35, another doctor had apparently gone sick. I have to say he was an absolutely lovely man, very apologetic, very friendly and very pleasant to talk to. After testing my arm, he gave me a steroid injection in the elbow, some anti inflammatory gel and referred me to physio. Told me to rest the arm for a couple of days giving the steroids time to work.

Jak has no sympathy and expects his toy to be thrown.
