Fathers Day

I still haven't adjusted to having some time off after an incredibly busy Spring.
Helen and Em went off into Liverpool shopping and Becky and I had lunch together.We all came together for tea ( dinner if you are posh).Em and Rick out in Liverpool this evening for a comedy show.

Called in to see my Dad.He has had a lot of scans on his throat.Three altogether.He has an enlarged tonsil and is struggling to eat.Our wonderful and beyond reproach NHS has swung into action and promised to take it out in the next six months.He has lost some weight and is feeling very sorry for himself.With the GP he has taken to going and sitting in reception until someone eventually sees him.
