Silly

This silly creature is almost as much a landmark in Milton Keynes as are the Concrete Cows.

He is known as the Triceratops and was built in 1979 by local artist Bill Billings. I was living close to here at the time and remember that he was originally painted in dinosaur colours. Over the years he has had many different paint jobs. Recently he was painted to look like a skeleton. I have to say though that this outfit is his most colourful to date. You couldn't possibly be scared of a creature sporting such a silly 'outfit'.

As you can see we have finally lost the rain. It was a beautiful day today. Nice to be able to get out and blip outdoors for a change.
