Yuk

Out of nowhere sore throat and full on head cold!

Got up all fine this morning and managed another short run, even shaved a minute off yesterday's time, but by mid morning I was feeling really out of sorts and unusually for me made the decision to come home. Drugged up and a sleep this afternoon but still feeling quite hot/cold/achy/tired and generally unwell:(
