Bonnie Oban Bay

I was leaning on the railings after choir watching the above sunset in Oban when an tourist stopped a passerby and he asked the woman " excuse me mam but what body of water is that"  to which the wuman said without the hint of a smile " that's the Irish Sea"  I burst out laughing as a stupidier answer I never have heard and explained to the baffled Yank who thought he was in the wrong country that it was Oban Bay leading to the Sound of Mull, then the Minch then the Atlantic. Seriously some folks have sh** for brains!
