Groove Tubes

It's a bit of a smelly old amp, you risk doing your back in every time you lift it up but it's done a lot of sterling service for me and whoever had it before me since it was built in the early nineties. I tend to use a smaller, lighter amp for everyday duties but this is the amp of choice for those outdoor summer gigs, one of which is coming up next month. I thought it was entitled to a shiny new set of valves after all these years and here they are so we'll be all ready for next month.

What a lovely day it's been down here in the southwest and seems set for a good weekend. I hope it's like that for you too.
