Mary in St Marys

I nipped into St Mary's Church today: a place explored before from the outside, but I have never stepped inside. A pleasant surprise, more colourful than I expected, and larger than is seems from outwith. 
As I took the third shot, my battery died, very suddenly. 
No worries, we'll wing it, though I had a spare in the car.
When I got home, I promptly dropped the camera, on corner, and the battery flew out. At that point, wondered if something strange was occurring. 
The camera functions 100%, except no image displayed on screen. Has it been cursed? Oooft.
