Our next book club book

We all enjoyed The Marriage Portrait by Maggie O’ Farrell, but some felt it was too long and very ‘wordy’ in places.
Let’s see how we get on with this one! I need to start thinking about my next book choice. I was going to choose ‘Bad Blood’ by Lorna Sage, but as it is a book about growing up in Shropshire in the 1950s, most people in the book club have read it. It is a beautiful book.
