Raising The Roof...

...and lowering it onto the house.

We spent a delightful few hours in Fife, catching up with an old friend/ex-flatmate.

There are new houses under construction nearby but we were astonished to see a completed roof structure being craned into position, our having assumed that these were assembled in situ.

Who'd have thought it!
