Poppies and Darwin

Took Darwin up Carlton hill this morning and he had great fun finding his rope toy. The grass has really grown on the hillside we use making it more of a challenge. Another long day at work fixing issues as other people are out of the office on business trips. J had the credit union AGM tonight but it was over very quickly it seems. Met her friend from the credit union as I parked the car as she had come to have a cup of tea with J before heading home. Before we went away I notice some grass like weeds growing out of the new alpine rockery. Had a quick dig around before we went and it looked like the soil we bought was carrying the seeds. Came back and tried to remove it but one whole section was riddled with it so I removed all the plant and soil tonight while J talked to her friend as I didn’t want it to spread to the rest of the garden. Took the dogs for a walk and packed to go to Brum tomorrow.
