SIX

Just back from the Birmingham Hippodrome having seen SIX. I saw it in Malvern about 4years ago and had forgotten how bonkers yet brilliant it is. Female empowerment and not being defined by a man being strong themes. I went with my friend P and her sil J .

It has been a long day starting at 9:15 with a full head of highlights meaning 3 hours in the hairdresser , then our monthly u3a meeting which was excellent, a talk about HMY Britannia which was enlightening and humorous .

Then a dash cross country to Ps house and by train into the city for dinner and the show. Everything worked ok until we got on the train to come home and there had been an incident on the line further down. So we ended up getting a taxi to our station along with another woman on her own, dropping her off at Birmingham International then working cross country to P’ s house.
Just in bed but a bit wired after the day!
