Tails of the Unexpected

Very unexpected to stumble across a hare coming towards the car and unexpected too to get a shot before it lolloped off on its journey as it involved a little car manoeuvring to get the right angle. 

I was up early doors this morning after only about two hours sleep and went for a drive to find cuckoos around here. This was completely unsuccessful but I did find a family of lesser whitethroats but they were a little too far away so a hare was great to have in my sights.
