It’s high time that I relocated back to the North. Today via the motorways to Ecclefechan, and tomorrow via Aberdeen and the Northlink ferry.

A surprisingly smooth (and quiet) trundle up the M40/M42/M6 - I was pleased to get a post-drive, pre-dinner wander which revealed a few common spotted orchids.
