Blue but Brown

The first of the Common Blue damsel flies, but this one is a female and therefore brown. As often in the animal/insect world males are more colourful, but the females are more deadly ! Well, I am not absolutely sure about this, but thankfully in our world it is : females are more colourful and are more deadly ! Ha !
