Busy Bee

The longest day. And boy has it felt like it! Spent far too long online trying to prove my identity to HMRC to claim back some overpaid tax from last year. Needed to reset my ID and password and in the process of trying to do that discovered that my picture licence expired last month… so renewed that and then tried to use my passport details combined with some other details but the system kept insisting that I was associated with addresses I have never lived at. Absolute nightmare… I gave up on the end, it’s impossible to find a number to phone so I’ve sent an email which will be answered in 2 days. Not surprisingly there’s no such rigmarole if you owe them money. Jut click on a link and Bob’s your uncle!
