Hump day

Feeling better today (probably because I told myself to “pull yourself together). Always remember my Nan saying “work it off”, so I decided to do some energetic housework, not good in this heat.

Popped to the supermarket first thing for some essentials.

Quick walk with the dogs tea time - unfortunately Frank is quicker than the other two, so we have to wait for them to catch up.

Took an EB today as I had forgotten - a beautiful peony in the bouquet of flowers from my cousin at the weekend.

My brother-in-law and his wife visited this evening for a quick catch up. My BIL has just retired (made redundant also at the same time).
