saw the gp this morning, she took the time, 30 min, and thoroughly tested lots of things, neurologically everything is as it should be…..it just needs to take time….it can take months though…they also found a spot on my r lung so i get a scan appointment…..
she also let me talk through the questions and concerns i had…..it did me good and i feel a bit better…. 

my Cook delivery came and i might start one tonight….

later Rex & Annmarie popped in , i had a nap and did a Sainsbury online stop…..
