Wasted journey.

Just to be sure - I've looked at the "Curve" for the day's PV cells generation.  I did remember correctly.
(I'm filling this in "tomorrow") - BUT - according to the curved we had a pretty raggedy start to the day; another - BUT - from near enough 13:00 it was nearasdammit cloudless.
SO
It being the Summer Solstice AND many a long moon since I'd seen the sea, I thought I'd try for another Solway Sunset.  I did NOT, of course, expect anything like THIS, but hoped, at least, to see the Sun actually set.
 
The nearer I got, the more apparent it became I was wasting my timeDiesel, on a fruitless enterprise - SO - I shot what I saw from where I stopped, did an about-face and tootled off home.
