Four Spotted Chaser

A good afternoon at Crowden.

We found. 2 Four Spotted Chaser Dragonflies and even saw the female egg laying - too far away for a photo.  I also failed to get good photos of both sexes but Imlike this one.

Also Extra Photos:  A superb long horn beetle, a scorpion fly, a grasshopper and  mating Red Damselflies
