Ralph

Rain was forecast all day but it didn't happen.
The highlight of the day was meeting Ralph who looked the image of Tussock.   Tussock passed a couple of years ago. 
Wellington is a pretty doggy place but this really was a surprise as his owner was buying coffee just up the road this morning.
