IT support

Yesterday windows was updated whilst I was on a call. I was told it would not interrupt my call. It did. Today after 40 minutes and new drivers it was (hopefully) fixed.

My colleague found the solution on you tube. Hmmmm. They also kept taking me to a rain video to check if my headset was working. It was quiet and hard to tell. The child that was her background noise was not.
