Sedbergh Book Festival event

We had an afternoon event today. Bill Mitchell’s Yorkshire given by his son David.
It was a very interesting talk about Bill’s life. A prolific writer and author of over 200 books about all things Yorkshire, he also edited the Dalesman, a regional monthly magazine, for 20 years. His son told us many anecdotes of events in his father’s life, as part of a very interesting talk. And after the talk we got tea and cake.
