The Woodland Garden (Thursday 22nd June 2023)

Years ago I used to have a red bottlebrush plant (Callistemon) in my rockery. I'm not sure what happened to it but I don't have it anymore. This one was planted in the driveway patch by Refna and me much more recently and is the newest blooming I've observed. That bindweed gets everywhere.

The original version of this Max Richter composition was on the 2010 album Infra, but this new orchestral version is on Max Richter Exiles. Elizabeth Alker played this on her Radio Three Breakfast show at the weekend.
