Hayle Estuary.

We went into Helston to pick up H prescription but wasn't made up have to pop back tomorrow. The door from the chemist through to the surgery was opened, so I popped in to make appointment for a blood pressure check .earliest is July 11th at Porthleven surgery. We went to Sainsbury then to M&S to get a few things.toasted teacakes and pots of tea at the cafe which was very busy.my tee shirt fits OK but other item I will return tomorrow. Another warm day rain is needed .
