E-bike

Out of curiosity I rented an e-bike and spent 3 hours on forest trails and gravel roads within Dalby Forest. What a thrilling experience- the uphill cornering was delightful! It cut through the trails like butter.

It’s different in some ways (the lick of speed as the bike matches leg power felt weird - but fun) but the experience had a surprisingly recognisable feel too. It’s still cycling.

If e-bikes get more people cycling that can only be a good thing.
