Poppy

This little one has found it’s way through my lilac shrub :)

My physio got cancelled which has put my recovery back a week which is really disappointing.

I know I’m doing more than I should be and removing the boot more than I should be but as the foot is going to be swollen anyway in the hot weather, I just need to get some fresh air to it!
