Heading for fresh pasture

I was looking out the window early this morning and watched as the cows were heading into the field. The hills were still misty although the sun was breaking through. You can see the beginning of the field with an area of fresh pasture still in it.

After this the sourdough loaves were baked and we headed for our daughters house. It was a hot sunny day and the motorway was very busy but the traffic was moving. We managed to arrive in time to eat lunch at their house.

Our son is also there so it was good to see everyone. The youngest child is now 5 weeks old and although he sleeps well at night now he doesn’t manage much sleep during the day. He did get a good sleep in his grandad’s arms though.

No doubt l will be behind with everyone’s journals. It’s busy times with young children.
