The shop

I went into town in the morning and called in at the shop. Things have gradually changed since I left. There is now very little evidence of previous clock repairing, but the shop looks smart and is doing well with its watch and jewellery trade. I like the effort they made for the recent Spalding flower parade. The parade has been recently resurrected. Obviously a lot of effort went into the outside display. I walk down to the river and noticed more shop closures, a smaller market, but the arrival of a few new small businesses as well.
