If in doubt blip the dogs

Busy day trying to fit too much in.
Gave the dogs a quick cool walk in the woods and a dunk in the river before I went and did parkrun.
Last night I had checked in with my friend, who had had breast cancer, and she sounded like she needed a chat. So I'd arranged to meet her at Cardinham for a dog walk after I'd finished parkrun.
We ended up walking nearly 5 miles followed by a shared doorstep sandwich and a cold scillian lemonade.
Had to do some last minute shopping for the arrival of my friend tomorrow, then home for last minute clean through and washing.
The girls immediately made themselves comfortable on the clean sofa throws.
