Notes: Woke 404a but back to sleep until 630a. Didn't feel like biking but got ready, was sweating in the house just preparing. Went 11 miles, mostly felt low energy. Got a few nice pics including this incredible blooming cactus along the Pinellas trail. Headed to pool when I got back to cool off and shower. Did a load of laundry and then around 11a, headed to Al's old apt to see Saundra and Melissa - sat, chatted and laughed with them until a little after noon. Came back and ate eggs, zucchini and Ezekiel toast around 1p. Zoomed with Jo ~ 315-615p! Streamed some shows and relaxed mostly the rest of the evening.
