Cob House Countryside Park

We met Emma and Rafferty at the Mayfly Cafe, Cob House Park this morning.  Raffy was well into the kitchen equipment in the play area, he'll make a great chef one day.

The place was quite busy, apparently they open at 7:30 on Sundays, the draw being their comprehensive breakfast menu I suspect.  Raffy had a small boy sized breakfast, which he tucked into.  We had coffee.

There were plenty of fisherfolk around, the lakes seemed plentiful, we could see them swimming whilst standing on the bankside.  On one of the lakes someone was sailing, via remote control I guess, an elegant yacht.  It was quite relaxing sitting at the café watching the boat.
