More flowers from the garden

I walked to church this morning and there was a nice breeze but as soon as I got indoors the sweat poured off me!
I chopped at the willow and philadelphus as they have grown so much. Went round the garden and made up thus small posy of delphinium, lady's mantle, astrantia, foxglove and dahlia. 
I was vegetating watching a film this afternoon when Lynne messaged that she would come and join me!
We had a storm whilst she was here, the sun's out now but I expect more rain. At least I don't need to water!
