Blue Dot virgins!

Long drive through gods country to head South of the border to hit the Blue Dot festival at Jodrell bank. What an amazing place under the telescopes looking out to space while us wee specks live out our wee lives underneath on this little planet.

Our first yurt experience, which was grand but the bed was like sleeping on knives, pallet board stuck on to some containers with nails sticking up in the middle. We arrived late, sussed out the toilets, nearest bar, had a wee site walk and then endured 4 drunken academics having cringeworthy drunk political arguments till 4am in a nearby yurt until we and a neighbouring yurt dude told them to shut up or else....so they kind of did! Ha!
