New cleats fitted to new shoes, or not so new shoes. Bought the shoes a couple of years ago, as they were the same type I'd been using for a while and they'd stopped making them. I know these work, and fit well, so an end of stock bargain. Used the old shoes to mark up where to fit the cleats. There was no chance that the old cleats would come off the old shoes easily, though I may try drilling out the screws someday, replace the cleats, and just use the old shoes on foul weather days.
